Today I moved from the Obese BMI to the Overweight BMI!!! I am really happy that I have made this mini goal. Now I just need to shoot for the next goal :):)

Stayed the same this week (179). That is good since I have been so stressed...all the exercise is helping me stay focused. My goals this week are to walk at least 25 miles, get 12+ glasses of water a day, and not to let the stress get to me. I am really starting to worry. But, I will keep smiling, even if it hurts :)

There is so much stress right now in my house. Everything is a mess and I am crying almost everyday. It is so hard not to eat my feelings, but I really am trying to keep it together.
