I agree with Ziaki. Save 100 calories for a 9pm snack. Ideally, a protein snack. I just had a little lettuce wrap - a couple turkey slices, tomato slices, in a big lettuce leaf. Yummy, and great for pre-bed!

It doesn't seem like it would be that hard to take in enough calories.... just make a nice healthy protein smoothie once a day - throw in some peanut butter and/or bananas, protein powder. frozen fruit, whole milk..... easy and yummy! I have the solution! MCDONALDS! Their new oatmeal is SO good! It has fruit bits in it and is $2. Your kids might eat it better cuz it came from a restaurant! Then you can tell them, "hey, let's make this ourselves at home!"

I say go for an easy bike ride. That might feel really good to your body and ease the cramps!

We are in the exact same boat! I haven't been on this site for about 5 weeks... but before that I journaled everyday for 2 months. I was doing great - til the vacation, then post-vacation business... excuses, excuses. Now I'm about 7 lbs over too - and very eager to lose it!
