I have never heard of this before I will definetly be trying to find some of this. Does it taste like normal peanut butter?

I mix mine with protein powder and natural peanut butter then add a little almond milk.. You can also mix the oatmeal with eggwhites add (flax, protein powder, berries) whatever your preference and make a pancake. Its super yummy.

haha sounds like a perfect idea and it's (soon to be ex husband) so don't worry too much :wink: \ excerise does always help relieve stress though you are right!! But It is harder to get the motivation.

I think they are ok as long as its just a meal not a whole day. Think of it more as a reward meal, you are rewarding yourself for all your hard work, and remind yourself that to keep you on track. We all have those crazy craving and taking advantage of them for your reward meal will keep you from binging. Still keep track…
