What do you think about these protein shake supplement diets like Shakeology and Body By Vi? Is this really realistic to maintaining weight loss? Or is it just a recipe for disaster?

Can stress really make a person gain weight? Or make it hard to lose weight? I think that may be my issue.
I find it hard to stay motivated and positve when im working my butt off but results arent showing as quickly as I want them to. Any tips people? How do you keep your eye on the prize?
