I find it hard to stay motivated and positve when im working my butt off but results arent showing as quickly as I want them to. Any tips people? How do you keep your eye on the prize?

Have you measured? Of the scale is not moving a lot of times, inches are being lost. Give yourself kudos for meeting calorie and nutritional goals. Maybe just concentrate on getting enough liquids for the day.
Hang in there, you did not gain the weight overnight and it will take some time to get rid of it again.0 -

I try not to focus on the results as much as the work put in. If you can sit down at the end of each day and honestly say that you did everything you could to improve then you are doing great! Keep going and the results will show!0
