I would go with what the HRM says because the HRM calculates the calories burned based on your own heart rate. The others make assumptions based on your weight and age, which can be pretty big sometimes. The HRM may be a little off if you don't have a chest strap but I would definitely say its probably more accurate.

I definitely know the feeling, I have only had MFP for two months, first month I lost 5 pounds, second month stopped using MFP and gained them back plus more!! Keep it up though you can do it!!

Thank you so much for posting this!! I'm going to print it off and keep it at my desk and in my purse at all times. The hard part about losing weight is just sticking with it, and this is a great way to just keep focused! And its really good advice as well, esp about the jeans part! Thanks again!

I think everyone trying to lose weight needs encouragement!! And you can do it!! I got away from MFP last month and gained back all the weight I lost and then some, so I'm back again for round 2! And your verse is one of my favorites, I look at it all the time, esp since I'm in graduate school!! Keep up the hard work!!
