When is it too late to eat dinner?
So, I have talked to a few people about when it's too late to eat dinner and so I thought I would ask everyone on here. The problem is that I take fitness classes which are usually at 6:30 or 7 and last an hour, so I'm not getting home til about 8. Is that too late? Will it hurt me if I'm eating that late? Zumba Question
I asked my Zumba instructor today how many calories we burned, and she said 500-600 but we worked for only 45 minutes (intense I was out of breath every song haha). Does anyone know if she's right?

TurboFire Day 1 cal burned?
I bought a new hrm and I just completed day 1 of the TurboFire exercises, and it says I only burned 220 kcal. Now is kcal the same as the calories burned that I put in for exercise? I felt like I did way more then 220 calories, but I'm just not sure?!?

Motivation!!
So I started MFP about two months ago, and was doing great! I lost five pounds and was super excited!! Then of course life catches up and school got the best of me, and now I'm back heavier then when I started. The problem is is that I'm so out of shape its just hard to keep up with anything!! caffiene headache..
So, along with my diet I've tried cutting back on my caffiene intake, but between cutting calories down (which I ate whatever I wanted before) and trying to do caffiene as well, I've had a headache for almost two days, any suggestions?
