At times when I struggle, I try sparkling mineral water flavored w/ lime or lemon- it's a nice change from plain old water

weighed close to 270 at my heaviest. I am currently at 227 & looking to get down to 200

In my past experiences losing weight, I have discovered that successful weight loss is due to equal parts lowering your calorie intake & increasing the amount of time you exercise. also, hydration during your workout is a key factor as well.

I'm probably not drinking enough water. would increasing my water intake help? if so, how much should I aim for in a day?
