Check places you wouldn't think to lose weight in. Face, neck, fingers, ankles....or just try not to focus on the mirror.... For now, in order to not lose your motivation, be happy that the scale is showing a loss of 23 lbs. That's awesome. Congrats!

I agree that there are definitely cheaper ways to have a healthy breakfast. I was merely stating that FOR ME, it even out and I would actually save a little. I will not drink this forever, but it's nice to know AT THE MOMENT that this is worth it FOR ME! THANKS! :D

It wasn't really about time. It was about knowing myself....and I always crave and cave for the bad stuff. This is just the best choice for myself. I am most certain it is not for everyone. But thank you for your input. :)

I lost 8 lbs and 10.5 inches off of my body doing Insanity. I got lazy for 2 months and did whatever I wanted and gained all of it. Thanks for sharing....I really was just wanting to improve my upper body anyway. My legs are doing well because of all the Plyo-metrics involved with Insanity. :) I may just work on upper body as we really only use that for Plank and Drills. I appreciate it!

Great Advice! Thanks! :) My concern too is that I would have total body soreness from lifting and it would cause an issue with my form during Insanity. I think switching it up would definitely help with that.
