Its under my goal calories for the day it has changed and when I go back to previous days that number is there again and the 12:50 is gone. I have done no exercise or walking in the past couple of days so it cannot be that

I'm going to try all suggestions. No have not weighed food. Some walking,yes. Using small plates,eyeballing portions. I am hungry ..so I thought I wasn't getting enough food. I've been under calorie count. It always remarks ...you'll weigh x amount in 5 weeks..but I haven't lost one lb.

I am getting very discouraged, 1/maybe 2 lbs, since 8/23. I seem to be keeping my 1200 calories right on onlly one day I went to 1265.. I don't do my physical part very well because of a back issue...If I keep the calories to 1200 or less will it ever come off
