I love this website! I need to lose about half my body weight and I have to say this is the best website I have ever seen. I've lost 20lbs so far and I'm hoping I'll be able to start walking now without waking up the next morning with really sore feet. I would love to be able to run again like I did in my twenties and I think I've finally found something that I can stick with, no diet craz like low carbs (tried that) now I see what people mean when they say it's a life style change.

I am getting very discouraged, 1/maybe 2 lbs, since 8/23. I seem to be keeping my 1200 calories right on onlly one day I went to 1265.. I don't do my physical part very well because of a back issue...If I keep the calories to 1200 or less will it ever come off

I have so much weight to lose that I think it's come of fast to start - not to mention a lot of this is probably water weight. I've been averaging about 2 to 3 pounds a week with a little more a couple of times. But I think that if I only had 50lbs to lose instead of 138 I would have started out a lot slower. I anticipate slowing down quite a bit as I get closer to my goal. My calorie intake is usually right at 1200 - sometimes 1300 with a couple of days here and there around 1100. Don't get discouraged just keep using this website and it will work. The thing I'm really worried about now is once I get all this weight off how bad is the sagging skin going to be? 1650330.png

Are you allotted 1200 or something else? Did you choose 1 or 2 pound lost? Making some changes to how you're doing your diary might help in getting more consistent losses.
