You can count walking. Hopefully you wouldn't walk in a zombie apocalypse though. :) But for our purposes, walking is good too. It's a good workout.

I just did 2.33 miles on the elliptical. Getting zombie-fit!

I think I will do the Jillian Michaels yoga meltdown. I think it is painful enough to work. I will also do sit-ups and -heaven help me- push-ups.

Thanks! I think it should be fun! If anyone has any ideas for the story line, I am totally open to suggestions. After all, we are all experiencing the apocalypse together. :)

Protein also promotes muscle mass when you are working out, and muscle weighs more than fat. So that could cause weight gain but not a bad kind. I would just be careful if your sole purpose is JUST to lose weight and not to "bulk up".

I just joined up today... and I am so excited! I definitely am in! I gained a whole lot of weight while on a mission for my church (they fed me a little to well :) ) and I am so tired of my co-workers pointing that out to me (they knew me before I left and sometimes I wish they would forget that lol)...
