Hi Guys, really wanting a change but finding it hard without support.
Would like some friends equally motivated to lose weight and keep it off.

    Hello I am a mother of 2 I live in Long Beach Washington. I am committing to get my act together this year. I have a good 50 pounds to loose I am setting small goals 10lbs by my birthday February 9th a lofty goal but with discipline I can do it. How about you?

    happy new yeaer to every one. hope its good and successful. i have wanted to loose wieght for a while ge t on going good, then loose intrests. now really motivated. hope to feel better look better. have a special needs boy of 12 that needs me.lol
