  • I have also fell off the wagon, I mean i have a few good weeks then a few bad weekends. I get so frustrated that then i just eat whatever and saying to myself... I am already it dosen't matter if i eat those 4 cookies... Ugggg

  • I feel your pain about loving soda, I LOVE CHERRY DR PEPPER!!! It is so bad and I stopped but once and a while I let my self have a glass!
  • So today i went to the gym and weighed myself and gained weight. I know i shouldn't be that upset about it but i am. I get so frustrated and I thought i was doing so well. Then you see the scale and it is like a punch in the gut. I guess i just needed to let out a little frustration. Thanks!!

  • I agree, I just started too and i completely messed up. I feel defeated also and i hate that feeling. Today is a new day!!!
  • Hi everyone, this may be a silly question, but Circuit Training at my gym is 30 minuntes of weights and cardio. How would i log that into my exercise? Would it be strength training? TIA Jenn
