Im 36. Ive already lost 60 lbs. I lost 50 lbs two years ago then gained a few back. Started back up with MFP June 1 st and Im down 17 lbs. I would still like to lose 5 - 10 more lbs while adding muscle strength.

At my heaviest I too was in a size 22. Now Im in a size 10. I went to buy new pants a few weeks ago and had to leave the dressing room to get a SMALLER size than the one I went in with! It felt so awesome when most of my life its been the other way around. :smile:

I have both. They are two totally different things. The polar is a heartrate monitor the fitbit is a glorified pedometer. I have the polar ft7 I use it during my cardio to get my calories burned. I work 6 days a week. I have a very physical job so by the time I get home I'm too tired to workout soooo I get up at 4:30 every morning, start my ripped in 30 by 5 am then on the treadmill usually by 5:30. I work out for an hour each morning, shower, cook breakfast, eat and then its off to work at 7am. If you want it bad…

On. It helps to keep steady and not slip doing things like lunges and planking. I jump on the treadmill right after my workout so shoes are a must :happy:

:flowerforyou: I too struggle with binge eating disorder. I dont think its something I will ever be completely healed of although most of the time I am able to keep it in check. I have really struggled this whole month after doing so well. Im hopeing next month will be better. Im soo close to my goal weight yet so far away.

I agree. You are not eating enough! Dont be scared to up your calories. I was at a stall...upped my calories by 300 more a day and dropped 4 lbs the following week.

The fit bit dosnt really work that way. I have a fit bit and a polar ft7 heartrate monitor. The fit bit pretty much just tracks steps and stairs climbed. You will want a hrm to get your actual burn during exercise. :smile:

I eat the cinnamon raisin daily on a thomas thin cinnamon raisin bagle. OMG! It is the best peanut butter Ive ever had. I bought the bees knees one day when they were out of the cinnamon, its okay but not my first choice. These are the only two I have tried.

Start again fresh tomorrow. Take your rest day your body needs it. Just look at it as a lessonn learned. Try not to have foods you may be tempted to binge on in the house you cant eat whats not there.

I have both. I use a polar ft7 heart rate monitor during my morning cardio. I wear my fitbit from the moment I get out of bed until I go to sleep but not while doing my cardio. I dont really use it for calories burned so much as to track my daily steps and miles walked.
