  • PW 153 CW 154.6 I guess it wasn't a fluke because that is what is was yesterday. I averaged 1467 calories My macros were 40/28/32 26 grams of fiber I was under for sugar and sodium. I cooked everything and feel those numbers are accurate. I don't understand what I am doing wrong.

  • I had a great time in Denver but since we were at a conference center, food choices were limited. I ate a lot. I drank more then if I was home. I did get one workout and then walked another day. It's time to get serious about my diet. I feel like most days, I do ok, but I know I could do better.
