step up your jogging to running, try the couch to 5k program. Running is the best way to lose fat, although if it is just skin sagging there is not much to do about that. You can work on your abs but the excess skin will only go away with a tummy tuck.

It's running if you break a sweat and get your heart rate up. I consider a jog as something easier, doesn't matter the speed. This is awesome that you enjoy all conditions, I love to run in the snow, the only caution is in the winter be careful of the ice. :smile:

mfp already includes those calories by what type of normal daily activity level you chose. I only count true excercise that gets your heart rate pumping and causes me to break a sweat. Like I normally don't mow the lawn so when I do that I count it, because I break a sweat. But doing the laundry and such I don't count, no…
