  • I use a camelback and like it. Easier than reaching down for a water bottle.
  • Congrats! I was thinking of starting a group for triathletes. I have been doing sprint tri's for 6 years but took a couple years off due to a hip injury. Only did one last year, have at least 3 planned for this year. Currently I have a frozen shoulder that will hold me back on the swim a little, but I can do breastroke…

They ride every weekend in the summer both Saturday and Sunday, a group of 5-15 riders usually show up. I am hoping it doesn't rain tomorrow morning, I think Sunday it is a greater chance of rain. • I ran 2 miles this morning and then swam 500 yards breast stroke. Ran another 2.5 miles this afternoon. Had so many exercise calories i can't eat them all.
  • make sure you have a good pair of running shoes($100+) worth every penny, change every 300-500 miles and only wear for running. next, stretch your foot after your run, roll it over a can, and then ice the bottom of your foot rubbing the ice across it. Another stretch is the stair stretch where you stand on the edge of the…

  • I looked at your pics and I can tell you have lost weight! And accomplished many other goals. Just remember how long it took to put on the weight, just keep working for your goals and before you know it you wil be there! Remember when you were a freshman how long away graduation seemed?! Keep at it, you're doing great!…
