your body may be too used to your workouts, try changing them up and doing something different, play tennis, go bike riding outside, try a triathlon... Stick with it and I am sure you will start losing again, i dont' see much difference with this program vs ww.

woohoo, skipping weighin today and doing it on Sunday, I have a bunch of workouts planned for this weekend, some long bike rides and runs! And I may throw in some swimming, my frozen shoulder is starting to thaw and I can swim breast stroke now! :smile:

i'm no expert but cardio will burn the fat off, the abs are under the fat so until you burn it off you won't see much results from doing just abs. So I say Cardio first, running burns the most calories in the shortest time. This is imho. Good Luck. :smile:

it's hard to tell because your not logging your food consistently. I am far from an expert but just from a general look it seems like your salt intake may be too high, and you could try adding more fiber rich foods. be happy you are still losing pounds! I didn't lose any last week and I don't know why.

be careful some of those salads have alot more calories than you think! My hardest thing is turning down the fresh bread or rolls when they put them in front of me!:grumble:

Same here! I need races for motivation, i think that running burns the most calories in the shortest amount of time and it's free! Well kinda, if you don't count the expensive running shoes. I just got the cutest running skort, love it! :happy:

you should always weigh in the morning with no clothes on(since clothes can vary in weight). So was your original weigh in with pjs or without?
