I've heard it's bad if dog eats their own poop, just gross if it eats another dogs. Only sure fire way is to pick up the poop before they have a chance to eat it. I started sitting on an excercise ball at work, not sure how many calories it burns but i then do some excercise when i get in for the day waiting for my laptop to boot up and then again before lunch, and again in the afternoon.

I am a fellow white bread lover, i am trying to give it up for now but if there are some fresh hot rolls in front of me I cannot resist. I am trying out different kinds of whole grain breads to see if I can find some I like and I am finding out their not so bad. If I cave in I will just have to do more excercise for that…

I used to never eat anything for breakfast, i'm just not hungry in the mornnings. Now I am forcing down a Fiber One Oats & Carmel each day before work, and of course coffee! :drinker:

It may help to speak with the instructor in advance of the class, she can show you how to setup the bike and such. Although most people in the class are very willing to help as well! Also, you can use whatever tension is comfortable for you on the bikes and advance at your own level. You may think others are watching you…
