  • HEHEHE:laugh: no you just keep doing the same thing over and over i guess, i didnt read the book I think you can add afew things back in to on each cycle. It has to do with cleansing your body and restarting tuor metabolism i guess.
  • I was very confused witht he WW also. It seems like there is alot that you can use as fara s points which is way more food that what youa re suposed to eat. Very easy to eat thing you shuoldnt because you ahve all the extra points.
  • I can use all the firends and accountability out there also :)
