I've dated a guy 15 years older than me (I am 23 now) He acts young though, it really depends on what your preference is. You also can't help who you are attracted to, no matter what their age is!

So about two months ago, I did the fit test then the plyometrics, then gave up:embarassed: so right now I am just doing intervals of sprinting, and push ups and sit ups...I want to start it again, but I am afraid I will just give up again after the first week!!!

I work a night shift, so I HAVE to eat past 8 or I will starve lol I think as long as you eat three hrs prior tothe time you go to bed, you are good.

So I have to be honest, I am not a big fan of cardio, but I've had the best results doing it, especially with interval training! (30 sec sprinting, 30 sec walking) :happy:

Don't give up! Nothing wrong with having one cheat day :) Also, if you workout for 14 days straight, it turns into a habit :wink:
