  • I use kraft fat free mayo. 10 calories per tbsp vs. regular kraft at 95 calories per tbsp. taste close enough for me
  • I have also found a formula online with weight, heart rate , age and time walked but don't know how accurate it is.
  • can u be more specific with the way to calculate above? sorry, I can be a little "blonde" at times lol. Is it .57 x weight x miles walked? if that is the formula, then what I calculated says the machine is spot on
  • one more thing. I have read elsewhere that an elliptical and treadmill run close on the same amount of cals burned normally. MFP tells me on a treadmill in 37 mins I will burn 137 but on elliptical I will burn 410 ! Big difference. Today I plan on getting on the elliptical for the first time. I will post what the machine…

  • it is correct but this is what happens. on these healthier foods you eat much more for less calories and you stay full longer.   • I can tell u that beer , a six pack a day put 50 lbs on me in about 9 months. That was four yrs ago and I quit drinking about two yrs ago and still trying to get the weight off. I was in deep depression and finally ame out of it.

  • buy and prepare healthier stuff ahead of time. its harder for me on weekends too so I try to have the healthy stuff that I like MORE in the fridge then. I take my lunch to work now and don't leave most of the time so that's what I ave to eat. breakfast, lunch and snacks. it helps
