I do all of this minus the cider and before they completely cool I peel all of them and return them to the colder water to rinse of any left over shells. Yes I do this, the lemon water is to help filter the liver, is what I've been told. I do it about 3 times a week with a fresh lemon squeezed into 16 ounces of water and I add 2 slices for extra flavoring. Good stuff!! :drinker:

Weird me too lost 4 lbs last week!! I also become like this ball of freakin energy at the gym and I work harder and want more to do, almost like my testosterone takes over?! It'll be interesting to see what others say!
