Sad to say my drive has reduced. Frank's Hot Sauce!! OMG It's awesome stuff and has lots of sodium! If you use Emeril's Essence Seasoning that has lots of sodium too. These are my 2 things I love but have serious sodium in them! :o)

Got a trainer who really pushes me to those numbers every week!! The guy has me doing things I have NEVER seen before, I am doing things that really keep me sore but in a good way. Building muscles I've never had in my life!! Really a huge accomplishment to me!! Love this lifestyle!! :D

I use C4 Cellucor pre workout mix before my workout IF I'm feeling out of sorts that day. One scoop into 6oz of water a half hour before I hit the gym. Be careful with some preworkouts out there, one put me in the hospital!!

Get a trainer for at least a couple sessions to get you going...and yes I have found that doing weights and circuits have benefitted me more!! And my trainer has me out of the floor not on the machines.
