Depends on the machine and the features that you can input or change like speed, incline, age, weight,,,204 sounds about right for the tread. I don't think I get 515 burned even on the elliptical for a half hour.

1100 calories while working on gramma's house isn't enough, body is gonna set itself into starvation mode. Make sure you're getting enough calories for the work you're doing, even if you have to pack almonds...

Layer 1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt, 1/4 cup bare naked protein granola (I used vanilla almond), and 1/4 cup fresh blueberries or raspberries, or organic strawberries. I make it the night before by morning the granola softens and it flavors the yogurt...mmmmm one of my favorite mushy breakfasts!!

I took it not knowing what was in my pre-workout and ended up in the ER just this past Wednesday for an OD on that and on Niacin, tread lightly with those things!! Chicken ,turkey. beef (try to keep it lean if you can), fish, greek yogurt, mozzarella sticks (reduced fat), feta cheese, low fat cottage cheese, almonds and other nuts, protein shakes and bars. There's a lot out there ya just gotta read the labels.

PS your trainer should've told you, you will hurt for several weeks to a month before your muscle pains start to lessen (I couldn't even walk down steps or pee on the toilet without falling on to it!!)...and an FYI I've been at this for months with a trainer 4 days a week, I still am hurting almost every day with muscle…

YES!!! Every week a new one grows for me, it sounds so bizarre but I find myself rubbing my arms and legs constantly feeling the new muscles because I've never had them before!! Nice job when you can notice them growing, means you're working hard!!
