Quaker Cheddar MINI Rice Cakes. I like Cheetos and it's the healthiest alternative I could find.

The fiber in any fruits help with the sugar. That's why whole raw fruit is better than juice.

Don't beat hell out of yourself. I found that when I have overindulged for a couple of days, any gain falls right off just as quickly as it came on once I get back on track. Besides....good to fake your body out...or so I've heard.
-
This is the best advice.

Good luck. I have lost nearly 65 (70 is the goal). I also quit smoking during the process. Excercise.... Helps with the weight loss of course, but the nicotine cravings too.

Drop in blood pressure.
-
Love mine too.
-
This is what I've been doing and it's an excellent way to stay on track.

Check-in with your doctor. Your blood pressure could also be lower now because of your weight loss.

I have a Timex also. I moisten my skin slightly in addition to the sensors. The only time mine has ever acted crazy was when the batteries needed changing on the strap.

The one not turning.

I don't trust anything that's just using what it picks up from your grip.

I read somewhere that the whole eating at certain times thing is a myth. Calories eaten less calories burned = net calories...period. Doesn't matter when.

I found it help to take a day off and stretch often. Helped me anyway.

I have tried the vanilla and the chocolate sandwiches. They are great also. Have also tried the truffle and chocolate ice cream bars. Also very good.

I do. I trust it more because the chest strap is where the heart is and not measuring god knows what in my hand. I have a Timex....it's not fancy...but it feeds into the machine I use and it was relatively inexpensive at $50. I know others have different brands...just saying what I have.
-
Thank you for sharing that experiment. It's helpful.
-
Does sound good. I do something similar on a multi-grain English muffin.

My Timex was $50. Have had it for nearly 2 months and it's been fine.
-
Sure you're a success! Congrats to you.

Unless one of these people tell you they are a physician and know all your health history, etc., I would go to a doctor. What may be "ok" for them, according to them or their cardologists or whatnot, may not be for you.
-
Yeah...otherwise you won't know if you are getting the nutrition you should given that you said you hadn't been.

I don't really "reward" myself. Right now I am so highly motivated that I want to maintain that and fear any deviation will make me lose that motivation. For me, just reaching milestones is reward enough.

I used my personal numbers (high end fat burning, etc.) at this site www.braydenwm.com/calburn.htm using 73 minutes duration (as you have here). It gave me in excess of 578 burned.

I went into a depression during a week's vacation. When I went to put on my work clothes the Monday I went back to work, I was shocked that I didn't have to melt myself down and pour myself into them. They fit great. So now I am just watching what I eat. I don't recommend the depression part though ;-)

Hell...I don't even count it. I figure if thats the worst I do then I am doing great.
