Your at a 4 way stop. The two cars go on your left and right. Now it is the car in front of you and your turn to go. You want to turn left. They want to go forward. Who has the right away? Vegas is infamous for this wrong move.

    JMYGA and nurse_carolyn are correct. You have the right to hit them and sue them for damages.

    If two cars opposing arive at the same time the forward car has the right.

    When there are cars on the left and right and they have went then the car going forward has the right of way over the turning car.

    Even if the turning car was there first, the forward car has the right. Unless there is a camera above, the car which is turning would be sited a ticket if they collided.
