that is excellent cause I am an avid gum chewer lol I do it when I am trying avoid smoking and when I go on my walks to keep my mouth wet since both hands are full of weights I can't carry a water bottle. So it's great news for me!

I am having a problem with a sweet tooth partly because of a med I"m on which I knoiwi taking meds can make it harder oin low carb but I had such great success before I am determined to do it agian. I just need to quit sabbotoging my good work all day by eating osmeting sweet at night.
