Drink enough water and also a recovery drink with Amino acids - stretch before and after. I also take Arginine and Glutamine - you can get them from GNC

If you're drinking diet ANYTHING (soda, energy drinks, juices etc...) it can give you headaches BIG time.

I use stuff I find on google to calculate - adding my age and weight into the factor. Unless you're wearing a heart rate monitor it won't ever be spot on but yeah, walking for 15 minutes won't burn that many cals unless it's uphill and you're going super fast.

Krystal - Exercise for me, P90X - CardioX 40 minutes, breakfast 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1 cup frozen berries 1 scoop protien shake - oh yes, bring it! Stacey - Yea about the baby! That's awesome!
