Hi there,

I've put on quite a bit of weight recently and would like to get back to my healthy weight of 115 lbs. Which is 25 lbs to lose. I'm excited to be a part of this interactive, dynamic community and always welcome new friends.

    Woo-hoo! Consider it done! I'm starting out today, we can swap daily exercises and food journals.

    Exercise: Today I'm doing 30 minutes on the Stairmaster & another 30 minutes on weights.

    Diet: Applesauce as a snack, WATER, grilled chicken breast, and spinach salad with balsalmic vinegar as a dressing.

    Well I started this in May after I had my son but I didn't really use it ....im just starting to get into now. I want my prebaby body back lol :)

    Exercise for me, P90X - CardioX 40 minutes, breakfast 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1 cup frozen berries 1 scoop protien shake - oh yes, bring it!

    Yea about the baby! That's awesome! I know it can be tough getting good eating + exercise in with a newborn, but it's worth it! Let's be friends.

    thats my goal weight too! I weigh about 138 now
