I eat any food in moderation, even sweets and have lost 18 lbs so far and several inches. I also work out 2 to 3 times a week with zumba and walk on treadmill..

i have lost 18 lbs and people are finally noticing and it makes it easier to go on when it is noticable

stick with it . You will notice suddenly that everyone will notice.

I also get the( you look good already) what they don't understand is I don't feel good about the way I look and that is what matters. I just started this and havew been losing about a pound a week. Some people say so what but it is a start for me
