I only count my cleaning as exercise on Saturdays when I clean the bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and mop the kitchen floor. Other than that, no.

Yep. I'm always cold too. If fact, I'm cold right now. My hands are freezing! My husband likes the thermostat on 69 most the time and I always have to wear sweatpants and a long sleeve shirt.

I am 5'3". When I started Mfp, I weighed 156. I wore a size 10 pant. Now I am 125 pounds and wear a size 6.
