Next door... Well one house over, across a small street and through one church parking lot that shares with the gym... It seems like a waste to drive there so I walk.

I am a random walker for the most part.... I work out my abs every day I go to the gym... Then my arms and legs are randoms.. There are no set days where I do either... Even though I use the elliptical, should I still have a leg day after?

Yesterday I started Hiit training on the elliptical which helped... I will definitely be looking up more exercises...

I did not have any issues when I was younger either. I was fit and in sports all through high school and active a little after. When I was 20 I was diagnosed with PCOS (Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome) and gain 20lbs in less than a month. It has been a battle since. I am 5'3 and about 180 now.

Thank you everyone for you responses! I was not being ironic. I know this is a calorie counting website but my food discipline is way lacking and that is the hardest part for me. I was asking, I guess If there was any form of structure or plan that helped with jump starting and also gave me a baseline or ideas to start.…

I go to the gym walking distance from my house and I pay $83.. I know it is steep but I can walk there and they have great amentities. So our $55 doesn't seem so bad. LOL

Thanks everyone for the answers! They have been great! I do have a plan I am following, plus I do have a meeting with the trainer on Wednesday. Hopefully she will give me a lot of good knowledge.

I am trying to start exercising in the morning. I don't have to be at work until 9 but I don't have anyone to watch my son so I would have to be up at 5am and work out for an hr so I can get home in time for my fiance to leave for work. I trying so hard to do it but I haven't made it yet...
