  • I don't think eating potatoes is a bad thing. I love potatoes of all kinds so much that I still try to work them in to my weekly menu at least twice, sometimes more often if I can get away with it.
  • Good for you! I can't wait until I am can fit into my goal outfit.

  • Be patient! I went 4 weeks without losing anything, but I lost 4 inches so it's not like I wasn't doing the work. This week I lost 1 1/2 lbs and I was so excited to see the scale move even a little, since it has been so long. Don't get discouraged.
  • I did just start with MFP within the last month, however I have been working on my own up till now since January. I fluctuate slightly, but for the most part I have lost about 13lbs since January. I started MFP because I had stalled on the weight loss....and I am still at the same weight. I know it takes time, but I like…
  • Although it has been tough, I have been trying to eat all of my exercise calories.
  • I am allowed 1200 calories per day. I exercise probably 5-6 days a week and burn anywhere from 400-750 calories during a workout. Of course, all of those burned calories are added for my calorie intake for the day. If I end up with 1900 calories to eat, that just seems like too much to me. I have a hard time consuming that…
  • It's great to hear your story because I lose weight very slowly. I am the type of person who needs immediate gratification. If I don't see the results right away I feel defeated. I have been trying to think positively and keep to my routine. I have to lose weight eventually, right?
  • My husband actually read the packaging and it says something about possbily having uncontrollable "bathroom issues". I know I would never try it.
  • Congratulations!!! That's a great accomplishment.
  • Doing a colon cleansing without a medical reason is silly. As soon as you put food back into your mout the pounds will come back. I know someone who had to do a colon cleansing for a colonoscopy and she was absolutely miserable. It can tear you up!!!! I'd stay away.
  • Yes!!!! Coffee is not good enough. Your metabolism doesn't kick into gear until you have had your first food for the day. You need to eat as early as possible. Maybe you should try to start with a small breakfast....toast, instant oatmeal, fruit and yogurt. Breakfast sets the tone for the rest of your day. I never miss it.
  • You look awesome. I would totally rock the bikini!!!! Own it, you worked hard for that body.
  • Good for you!!! My scale gets stuck often, but eventually it moves again.
  • I have a wii fit and used it everyday faithfully for a while. I think your enjoyment and benefit from the Wii fit depends on your current fitness level. I got bored with it after a couple of months and now I do so much cardio that it's not even worth using it for exercise. I still like to play around with it for…

  • I absolutely love crystal light. I believe you can count it as water consumption because the majority of the drink is water. Don't forget to count the calories for the crystal light pack.
  • I want to join! I have a total of 28lbs. to lose, but I really want to lose 16lbs. before my class reunion on June 13th.
  • My name is colleen and I got the info for this site from a co-worker and friend. A bunch of girls at work are all trying to support each other in our weight loss goals. I have two little girls and have been trying to take off all the baby weight for quite some time now. I have lost about 12lbs. since January, but I have…
