I am back!
I was super busy this summer with work, moving, and my some health issues my daughter was having. My life has finally slowed down some and I am back to MFP. I am looking forward to getting back on track and moving in the right direction.

Brazilian Butt Lift
Has anyone heard of and/or used the Brazilian Butt Lift program? My friend asked me about it and I had never heard of it before. She is very slender and is trying to tone specific areas, especially the booty. Just wanted to get some opinions on it.

Thanks to a very nice MFP friend, I am now the proud owner of The Wave. It just came yesterday and haven't had a chance to use it yet. I was hoping to hear from other people on how well it worked for them. I really want to burn calories to loose fat and tone up my abs, butt, thighs and saddlebags! I really hope this helps…

Dividing up calories
I get 1200 a day plus exercise calories. Is it reasonable to do 300 calories for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and 150 calorie snacks in between? I plan to divide up my exercise calories and add them back to my lunch and dinner. I guess I am not clear on if the meals should all be similar in calories or if I should have…

I use my treadmill every morning and I try to get in 2-3 miles before work. someone finally noticed....
I had a meeting today with a manager from another agency. When I was walking her out of the building, she said that I looked like I was losing weight. She also said I looked great! It was so exciting for me. It's the first time someone who didn't know that I was trying, noticed. It made my day!

Going over
Is there such a thing as getting too much fiber? I haven't entered what I was planning for dinner yet, and I am already at my fiber count for the day. Is going over your protein by a little every day so bad? I typically go over by 5-7, but it's the only way I meet my calorie count.

30 Day Shred

Too many exercise calories????
I am allowed 1200 calories per day. I exercise probably 5-6 days a week and burn anywhere from 400-750 calories during a workout. Of course, all of those burned calories are added for my calorie intake for the day. If I end up with 1900 calories to eat, that just seems like too much to me. I have a hard time consuming that…
