  • Amazing! You are such an inspiration to others.
  • Amazing!
  • Pictures get me everytime. I don't think I look so bad until I see myself in a picture...then I just want to crawl into a hole.
  • Seeing your pictures gives me a lot of hope because my belly is just gross after 2 sections!
  • Just being nosey, but did you birth all six of your children? You have an awesome body. I only have two kids and my body is a wreck!
  • I think that sounds super sweet and your wife will love it. I'd give her the earrings at the picnic. Good Luck!
  • What size pan?
  • Sounds like maybe you need to retrain your stomach to understand when you have had enough. Make sure you are eating very nutrient-rich foods so that you feel fuller on less food.

  • I grew a cup size with each of my pregnancies going from a B cup to a D cup. Since I hit my post baby weight I have lost an additional 14 pounds and I still have the Ds. I don't really know why they aren't shrinking. All of my girlfriends who have lost weight lost their chest first!
  • Looks like it could be a really good product, but it is expensive.
  • That is amazing! Congratulations.

  • I totally agree. It is hard to stay on the straight and narrow. I struggle with that myself. Good luck to you on your journey.
  • It is made by the firm. Instead of a step it is rounded. You can do all sorts of exercise on it. You can look it up online.

  • I am very similar. I eat fairly good all day, but I have a hard time tracking it at home. I don't spend much quality time with my computer at home because the kids are running around like crazy. I have been trying to log my dinner right before I leave work and that also ensures I don't eat more than the remaining calories…
  • You look fabulous!
  • Guy code is much more serious than girl code, in my opinion. A guy never dates his friend's ex, but I don't think the same applies to girls. Seriously, I would sit down with your girlfriends and explain to them that you have liked this guy and they both had a chance with him and it didn't work out, so now it's your chance.…
  • I would follow the recommendations of your doctor. After all he did go to med school for all those years, so he might know what he is talking about. I think if you let it go you might regret it later when you do start expereiencing pain.
  • That was happening to me too. I was getting incredibly discouraged because I weighed myself everyday and it would fluctuate as much as 2 or 3 lbs. It was affecting me so much physchologically that I decided to stop weighing everyday. I know weigh only on Thursday mornings and although the scale hasn't moved much the last…
  • I hear you on that! I have been having a rough time myself. Two weeks ago I gained a pound and this week I lost nothing. My husband just keeps telling me to push harder on the exercise. It's just not that cut and dry or easy.
  • I am 28 years old and I have 2 children. I am trying really hard to lose about 25-30lbs.
  • I agree! If you really want to find time to exercise you can incorporate it throughout your day. I get on the treadmill before my kids get up. When the weather is decent some of the girls I work with walk together during our lunch break. After work I take the kids for a walk or play with them at the playground. Somtimes…
  • JcPenney's carries brand names and has a variety of styles. I would start with a boot cut type of pant in a dark wash. Dark wash jeans go with almost anything and can be used for semi-dressy occassions.
  • I love them all! Thin mints, dos-si-dos, tag-a-longs, samoas.... I love cookies. We aren't buying anything this year cause I just know that it is more temptation than I can handle. I did conquer oreos though. We have had oreos in the house for over a week and I have not had any since the three I had when we opened the…
  • You will probably be thinking about food and calories for a while. Once you get the hang of things it will sort of become second nature and you won't have to be thinking about food all the time. Eventually it will just be a way of life.
  • Congratulations! What an accomplishment.
  • CasperO....I think it's awesome that you dawdle behind your wife for the purpose of checking out her ASSets. My husband does that too and I love to catch him looking at me. It's good to still know I can turn his head. Keep it up CasperO, eventually she will get it.
  • I agree with Marissa. I want a flat, sexy tummy. I think nothing is hotter on a girl than a great pair of fitted jeans and a wife beater (tank top). It just doesn't look so hot with your rolls hanging out. A flat tummy is definitely what I want.
  • I weigh myself everyday and sometimes multiple times a day. I have been very frustrated by the scale lately because I feel like I have done the work and I am gaining, not losing. My new goal is to not weigh myself until lent is over. I plan to focus on the basics and see if not looking at a number everyday inspires me to…
  • Very interesting information. Thanks! I will have to try some of these remedies.
  • Could just be a change of routine. I have heard before that if you hit a plateau you should take a few days off from exercise and then jump back in again. I think the change up just tricks your metabolism or something.
