I hate to say but I got that beat. I was induced and in labor for 40hrs and only dialated 1.5-2cm. my daughter was so larg I don't think she could move down far enough to push on my cervix to make me dialate. NO Fun!!!

I had a c-section 2years ago and it was verticle because my daughter was so large and had already moved down so far that was the only way to get her. I do the p90x yoga I really get a goodwork out with it. I actually did it tonight.

Also I used to do Weight Watchers and if you go on their website you can order serving spoons that are in 1/2 cup and 1 cup sizes.

I have plenty of measuring cups/spoons and last year I bought a digital scale. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!! I tended to eyeball size on the small side and now I get to eat more so it is awesome.

I ate it all the time. At home I would just heat it up and even whe we went out to eat I loved a club sandwich I would just tell teh waitress that I needed the meat to be heated up and it was never a problem. Maybe they can do the same.

No worries :) I lost 30lbs before I ever left the hospital and from talking to some of my friends that seems pretty normal even though my baby was 10lbs 12oz.
