I agree wholeheartedly! I actually just finished eating one :) I look forward to these fleeting 6 weeks every autumn. I remember when a couple years back they were the size of melons! I wonder what happened to those...

Everyone runs differently. If it works for you, don't worry about it :) I personally go out on just one measured cup of almond milk in the morning, and that's only so I can take my vitamins before I head out (and inevitably forget otherwise lol). I actually prefer to run in the morning before food, because, like you…

Every third day or so. If I forget, at the very least I do it weekly.

Strangely enough, my mother is a dietician, so I understand everything that goes in my mouth and what it will do to and for my body, and I'm thankful for that. I'm overweight because I simply eat too much "good" food. I can't remember the last time I visited a fast food restaurant, and frankly the stuff makes a shiver run…

1.605 with a goal of 1.733

I try to, but not usually because I want to eat more (though that's a plus). I'm looking at the people around me in better shape and I want to be in the same boat, so that's a huge motivator :) My goal is 7 days, since workouts on 3 of the 7 are only an hour long, so it's not like I'm working out for hours and hours every…

Working on a German language BA

Subbed, but that's because I've been learning Japanese since high school and I just love the language. I'm also notoriously impatient, so waiting for the dub to come out seems like a waste of time when there's a series I'm interested in right away lol.

I have a cup of almond milk before I go and maybe if it's going to be a long run, or especially hot, I take in an ounce or two of water. Any more than that, even after waiting for the food to digest for a couple hours, and I'm a slug in comparison.

I want to have more confidence. My goal for this summer is to be proud to wear a sleeveless shirt.

A little over 2 weeks old, when I got a new haircut. The sides have sadly already grown in lol

I rarely go out to eat even once a month, simply because I have a host of dietary restrictions imposed upon me by illnesses and intolerances which makes it difficult and not too pleasurable to eat out. Plus, I'm a poor college student lol.

A cup of almond milk (I'm lactose intolerant), and 2 toasted crumpets with natural peanut or almond butter on are a perfect start for my running days :) On days where I'm not as active, or when I do weight training, I have the same almond milk, and have one toasted crumpet with marmalade, and a fruit of some kind. Oranges…

The option/need for music usually only comes on the days I run, since I go for at least an hour. After about 10 minutes, the sounds of other people in the gym, or my feet on the pavement is a bit stale, so that fills in the monotony. On the other hand, the days that I do weight training, I never use music. I find it…

Quinoa. I am interested though. Anchovies. I want to try it on pizza. Durian. Me wanting to taste it is a "morbid curiosity", or so I'm told.

Related to this, it almost sounds like she's trying to shame you because you've succeeded, judging on your ticker that says you've almost lost 100lbs. (Congrats, btw c: )

Nugo dark chocolate or sea salt ones because they're so decadent tasting while still being vegan. For protein, or as a quick lunch, I choose Clif Builder's bars, specifically the chocolate mint. They're like chewy York patties mmmm...

About 10, basically when I had to start wearing a belt or my pants were TOO lose, forcing me to get a new pair entirely.

I make Lebanese Grilled chicken. The ONLY downside to this is that you have to hope you can find an Arabic store that sells "Arabic 7 Spice". Everything else is pretty pedestrian. I use this recipe, only minus the use of the cinnamon, since we use boneless, skinless breasts cut into cubes, and then marinated. They're…

A half marathon at the end of May, and a 5k in mid June. I worked up with the Couch to 5k program, and now I'm using another similar method to make it to half marathon stamina. I broke down and now run on the treadmill, but as soon as the mercury hops above freezing (consistently), I'm back outside.

Not so much be -thinner- by, but I want to be faster for the half marathon I'm running on Memorial Day weekend on 26 May. Clearly speed would increase with less weight to carry around, so that will be a welcome addition :)

First time running on my gym's treadmill, AND first time running again period since an injury over 3 months ago! :D

A cup of unsweetened almond milk and two slices of German-style whole-grain sunflower bread. 270 calories

I sucked down Bolthouse smoothies when I could since it was liquid fruit and veg. Aside from that, I had the Vanilla Chai from the same brand because it was calcium and protein. I managed to try and have one cup of each during the day. The rest was sleeping lol Good luck! Some people I know have also mentioned they went…

I am "Lukas" with a K, and not a C. Without fail my name is spelled wrong whenever I speak to anyone or have to check myself in somewhere.

Soccer/footie player here. I'm defense, which is the laziest position to me (save for the keeper), so I'm trying to get into running for longer distances so I can move to the midfield, but the frigid weather up here is hindering that. I have to wait to get back into the next semester of school before I can utilize a gym.

I would, but it would be 4 hours in which I either won't be exercising, or would be on a VERY long walk. I use the stopwatch on the phone for cardio more often than I receive calls or SMS.
