ok, so i i think i calculated my information correctly. im 29, 64in, 214lb. I calculated my BMR as 1750 and multiplied that by 1.375 (lightly active) and got 2406... i took a 30% calcorie cut because i have a lot of weight to lose, and got 1684.... i entered all my numbers in to the PIPOARM spreadsheet. with this method I…

i do exactly this and put it on an english muffin... sometimes i even add hot sauce. its quick and easy and i can make it home or at work, and it keeps me full for over 5 hours most of the time.

depends where you are, who you go to, etc... in my area prices range from $100-250 per hour! currently im working on my back (my complete back- shoulder to shoulder, down to my hips) luckily i have a friend who happens to be a pretty amazing tattoo artist, and i get the good friend discount. lol

i sit at a desk all day, and it doesnt matter how busy i am, i am always hungry here... i think its the environment- there is always food smells since everyone eats at different times. doesnt help that there is a restaurant in our building either. but mostly i think its boredom hunger.

i use 2 egg whites, and 1 whole egg- scrambled with a slice of reduced fat cheese, and a 100 calorie english muffin. add 1/2 tbsp of hot sauce and im good until lunch time ( i stay full with this for at least 5 hours)

drink more water. if i feel hungry in between my meals/snacks i chug a glass of water, give it 10 minutes. if im still feeling hungry then ill have a small snack like an apple or something.
