add calories in yogurt and peanut butter and divide total by however many drops you make. I am thinking probably around 35- 50 cals per drop.

thanks for the info!! I've been using conservative time estimates and still logging all my food just not worrying about staying at my usual levels for the week. Looking forward to seeing what the scale says after I have been home and back to normal routine for a couple of days))

It's NOT cheating!!!! Weight fluxuates! When I get on the scale if it is lower than what I have previously recorded I enter it and that is my new low weight!! Works for me. That's my story and I'm sticking to it)))

WELL - I was LOCKED out of the group :frown: but WESSECG saved the day for me and told me about that little button at the bottom of the feed. WHO KNEW that we could only put 500 messages on a train!!! Don't they know we are women and we need to get all of our words in EVERY DAY:noway: So between my travel/work schedule and…

I saw a recipe in the summer on here for "fried green beans". Basically it was a pack of frozen green beans (I ended up using the cut ones but the whole ones worked too). Put them in a ziploc bag with 1 - 2 tbls of EVO (depends on how big the bag of green beans you used), add whatever seasonings you want - I am a South…

The headache may not be a migraine - may be caffeine withdrawal. Slowing reduce caffeine over a period of time!

WOW - you just told my story, well at least the part about being fit but not being able to get weight off!!! In March I had THAT MOMENT when I knew I had to do something different. It is really all about calories in and calories out! Portion control was an eye opening experience. My doctor, female, same age as me,…

If you haven't gone down the sugar substitue route DON"T START NOW!!! The little bit of sugar in your coffee is not that big of a deal. Log the calories and move on.
-
If you cut out soda it could possibly be the caffeine withdrawal. Have a caffeinated beverage (coffee, tea) and see if the headaches go away.

Gave up diet drinks and took about 95% of the artificial sweeteners I was using out of my diet. It's been 2 and 1/2 years and I have never felt better! After about 6 weeks I noticed definite changes. One of the best being my sweet taste changing. Now a little bit of something sweet (even fruit often) will cut my sweet…

I learned to eat it on a baked potato - to replace the butter, sour cream, cheese... - now I love it in lots of ways - plain, with fruit, with crackers. Try it out. If you don't like it, don't eat it, there are other options!
-
Have you considered that maybe your symptoms are caffeine withdrawal? If they are, they will subside over time or you can add caffeine in other ways WITHOUT artificial sweeteners. Personally, I took artificially sweeteners almost totally out of my diet (1/2 pack of the pink stuff a day in my iced coffee is all I have) and…

Breakfast - 3 boiled egg whites, fresh fruit - usually berries (60- 70 calories), wheat toast (50 calorie slice), pat of butter (approx 35 calories). sometimes I have greek yogurt (110 - 120 calores) instead of the eggs and toast. sometimes I have a scrambled egg instead of boiled, just depends. I KNOW I need protein or I…

I like them both, but find Chobani to be creamier and I like that "texture" better. Yoplait has a greek yogurt - I love the one with cherries and pomegranate. Fruit is on the bottom but it mixes very well. Texture is more like Chobani than Dannon.

been on MFP for one month - lost 8 lbs. Thought my MD was crazy when she said 1100 - 1200 calories for someone my age. MFP has made it not nearly as hard as I thought. Travel for work so April goals are to lose at least 5 pounds, make time for exercise on the road, be aware of calories when eating on the road (look up…
