I started off with just over 100lbs to lose and have done ok as I'm down to 63lbs to go. Feel free to add me if you'd like some support. :drinker:

I now have a gym membership and go regularly 3-4 times a week instead of sitting playing computer games. Even my boyfriend is wondering what has happened.

My IBS isn't set off by these things all the time so it's really a case of listening to my body and see what it's telling me but mainly it's dairy and spicy food that can trigger an attack. Also I can't eat eggs any more or mushrooms :grumble:

I started at the beginning of March at 247 but have kind of hit a plateau at the moment at about 219 but I'll be thrilled when I can finally say I'm under 200. Just hope I can keep motivated to get there.

I tried them and they did nothing for weight loss apart from give me stomach cramps which put me off food.
