I like MFP better. and I figured it out so everything makes sense and I don't have to edit and customize and all that.

thanks...but to be honest, id feel better if MFP could just do it instead of editing and customizing everything, I like putting in excersize and seeing the numbers

thanks. I still don't understand one thing, which is why my TDEE numbers are so much lower than what myfitnesspal gives me. my TDEE is like 2200, MFP gave me a total daily calorie burn from daily activity 3,000

I feel weighing yourself should be done the same rate as to when you get paid for your job, i.e. every week, every other week you need a life outside.

I posted a while back that I couldn't believe how much I lost the first month it WAS water weight. its annoying but true, plus realistically losing that much AFTER water weight would probably be dangerous, like the movie "Thinner". and about condiments, unless your just slapping on mayo all the time stuff like ketchup is…

alright well I guess its not defeating the purpose then. and I understood the math already, so next time I have 1000 calories left from excersize, I guess i'll just shove 4 or 5 of cupcakes in my mouth until I reach my goal, even if i'm extremely full. just kidding.

this has been a thing for me, I've TRIED to eat back excersize calories but somsetimes I can't im just not that hungry lol especially after running for like 5 miles. and also it seems counter productive a little bit.

yeah no kidding. still, its pretty great not complaining. I just didn't know what was going on. and also why it didn't happen last year with my intense workouts, but sporadic food diary input.

thanks, your good I guess it would make sense but i'm not really trying to "gain" by you know, lifting bigger weights i'm just kind of doing things differently. like pull ups push ups, sometimes weights but I definitely dont' want to be anorexic.

i just take trips to goodwill and take my current pant sizes and like minus two...lol i can't throw away 20 bucks on pants at kohls pants are always expensive

were the results supposed to be that dramatic? even i didn't expect that lol. cause when you hit the the "finish logging" button it gives a prediction but the thing is it was very close.
