adding walking as excersize
I started doing it cause I almost went over and I actually DID walk today but it just sounds so lame lol im sorry whats everyones stance on adding walking or light excersize? it technically counts but its so light.

i guess when you screw up on MFP
you will STILL lose weight, but not as much lol. at least according to what it tells me even if the numbers are red, for me at least.

doing the TDEE method
yesterday I figured out my TDEE and a link someone shared showed how to customize your day to reflect that method, so I did, and I was wondering should I still add excersize? someone explained it but a lot of this is still really confusing and i'm not sure im doing it right.

my TDEE is different from MFP
I just did the TDEE thing people talk about on here, and its most definitely not the same as MFPs calculations. MFP was more calories for the same loss can anyone explain?

Measuring ounces in meat
I don't have a food scale and I tried putting chicken drumsticks in those clear ounces measuring cups but they don't fit. Is the only option to get a food scale? I'm pretty sure what I ate was under a pound and I used googles pounds to ounces converter.

question about the omelletes
