Salads from Wendys, McDonalds, and the like are so-so ... personally, I LOVE Panera Bread's salads. A little on the pricey side, but they're good!

McAlisters Deli has some great salads, but they are pretty high in calories.

My salads come out to be pretty monstrous. It usually takes me 2-3 days to finish and they weigh in at around 6lbs.

    Trader Joe's - Raw Sliced Almonds, 30g
    Trader Joe's - Roasted Sunflower Seeds - Unsalted, 1/4 cup (33g)
    Celery - Raw, 220.0 g
    Trader Joe's - California Walnut Halves & Pieces, 1/4 cup (30g)
    Avocados - Raw, 290g
Trader Joe's - Organic Flax Seed Oil, 4 Tablespoons
Trader Joes - California Sun-Dried Tomatoes, 4 tbsp
    Trader Joe's - Organic Broccoli Florets, 4.9 -1/4 cups (85g)
Trader Joes - Just Grilled Chicken Strips, 2 container (15 oz (85g) ea.)
Whole Foods - Vegetarian Goat Cheese Crumbles, 2 oz. (28g/approx. 2 tbsp)
    Trader Joe's - Organic Tuscan Kale, 1 container (1 package (94 g) ea.)

About 50g of fiber, 75g of non fiber carbs, and 220g of protein.

Salt is a bit high cause of the chicken I use so I'm looking to go back to shrimps

i buy stuff from the grocery store and leave it in the work fridge and will make my own salads. it's pretty awesome and my coworkers are envious of my creations which are far better than the pre-made ones.... especially when there was just a huge issue of salamonella in premade store bought salads
