WW said fruit and vegetables don't have points. sometimes i don't even count them on here, SOMETIMES i know this isn't weight watchers but still. and really those don't have much calories anyways.

Even though WW does not count them as points, they do have calories. I recommend counting the foods on here and recording them into your WW log. It's good to hold yourself accountable for every bite.0

I was doing weight watchers and stayed within my allowance but for the last 3-4 weeks before I quit I was not losing anything! I started MFP 2 weeks ago and already have lost 5lbs!! Veg and salad are low in calories but fruit tends to be a bit higher and to be fair I was grazing on it all day!!! I plan to stay focused with MFP and track everything I eat!!0

Weight watchers advertises "0" points fruit and veggies but they do suggest you eat a certain number of servings depending on your size.0
