is this a plateau?

yeah I have a question i'm confused about why I didn't lose any lbs, I've ate my goal calories every day, well except for one day where I went over, its the first time I've done a weigh in just a week after my last since I usually do it every three weeks. I haven't had a chance to excersize but that's cause last week I had no money for gas to get out to the gym or whatever. is this a plateau? what do you do differently to change things?

    A week or even three weeks is not a plateau. If your ticker is correct, you do not have much left to lose, so it will be a slower process. Remember, weight fluctuation is normal.

    Since you haven't been consistent for 6 weeks or more, no.
