There are days I have had 4 or more eggs a day. Eggs are good for you! The incredible, edible egg! My only caveat: I eat eggs from organic, happy, farm raised and roaming chickens. It's a personal choice, I pay more but worth it knowing I am doing my little bit to stop animal abuse. Happy Egg Eating!

I am so so sorry, this as to suck and feel truly like you've been kicked in the gutt. I can't really offer any advice because either way you choose it's going to hurt. The only difference will be the degree of hurt and the duration. I hope everything works out for you, hang in there

idea of a "portion size" was so wonky that I have resigned myself to the fact that I have to completely learn how to feed myself "correctly". I still struggle with trying to keep my calories below 2,000 a day. I'm ok if I've made it to the gym or done a workout to go to about 2,100 or so but even then I feel like I've been…

Not sure what the official "cut off is" but here in MY office they tend to go by those last two tablespoons "Burnt to a crisp at the bottom of the pot" as the first "clue". I got tired of always making and never getting, I bring my own now LOL!
