I'm 6' and started MFP at 230 (my heaviest). I'm down 37lbs to 193 and would like to get down to 160-170, depending on muscle mass. I'm not finished yet, but it's totally possible!!

Were you getting on the scale the same time every day? Has the scale been in the same location? This is crucial to getting accurate readings. I always make sure the scale is basically in the middle of the bathroom and on the flattest surface possible. I know weighing in every day can be addictive, but try to start limiting…

If you're more of a pear, or even hourglass, body shape, that's just the way you'll lose it. Your bottom half will catch up, don't worry! :) The same thing is happening to me. After losing 30lbs, I'm finally losing more from my hips and thighs, which is where I carry most of my weight.
