  • I count them when I clean, and also count the food prep calories when I do it for more then a 1/2 hour. Anything that's not part of my "daily" routine.

  • If you've fit a platoe, try changing up your exercise routine. Sometimes that will throw your body off and get it back on track..I had that happen to me for over a week...That's when I changed my exercise and I started dropping again. Hope this helps.
  • Way to go!!! It feels good - don't it to finally wear "normal size" clothes. You've come along way and done a great job. I started at 195lb and mt goal is 125 lb. I've lost 63 lb so far. I've got 7 lb to go. Keep up the good work. Zbtru

It's earier on the knees and you get a more cario workout cuz it has arm bands, so your moving up and down on the pads and moving your arms in differant ways to tone your arms also. quite the workout.

  • HI... are you able to get out and walk? TAking your baby with you in a stoller. I do it with my day care kids(sometimes 2-3 in the double stroller). If you have any hills around you go up and down them, Talk about a workout. Get a step counter and really push your walking speed. With 2-3 kids I can walk between 3.5-4 miles…
